My senior sessions are creative, relaxed, and focused on showing who you really are—your personality, interests, and activities.

All sessions are all-inclusive, meaning your session and digital images are included in the price. I guide you every step of the way, asking questions and helping plan details in advance so shoot day feels easy and fun.

Your session will go by fast (in a good way!) and is very collaborative—you’re part of shaping the experience. After your session, you’ll receive an online proofing gallery, I’ll fully edit your selected favorites, and your final images will be delivered within 3 weeks via digital download.

Your total is split into two payments:
1). A $400 + tax retainer due at booking (applied toward your session total).
2). The remaining balance due on the day of your session.

Retainers are non-refundable. If weather doesn’t cooperate, your session can be rescheduled. Payment plans are available upon request.

Once your retainer is paid, I’ll reach out to get things started. You don’t need to know your exact session date when booking—just the month you’re hoping for so I can reserve space.

You’ll receive a questionnaire so I can learn more about your interests, personality, location ideas, outfits, and what you’re hoping to get from your session.

Yes. All senior sessions include high-resolution digital images. The number of fully retouched images depends on the package you choose.

There are no per-image fees, no minimum orders, and no required sales appointments (additional retouching on your extras is optional).

Many photographers charge a session fee and then sell images separately. My pricing already includes everything, which means most families spend less overall — and know the cost upfront.

Yes, I do. Each session includes a set number of fully retouched images with extra polish and detail.

I also include additional “extras” beyond that number. These are lightly edited but not fully retouched. If you’d like any of those upgraded, additional retouching is $20 per image. I want you to have plenty of images—perfect for albums, announcements, or a graduation party slideshow.

Yes! With nearly 15 years of experience, I have a long list of great location ideas. I’ll also help guide you on outfit choices, colors, and styles that photograph beautifully and feel like you.

Keep in mind that travel time between locations and time changing clothes is included in your overall session time, so I will help you understand how we can fit everything in while still keeping it relaxed and fun. Sometimes less running around to multiple spots can be better!

Yes — you can choose your favorites, or if that feels overwhelming, I’m happy to select the best images for you.

Your proofing gallery (unretouched) is typically ready 7–10 days after your session. From there, seniors and parents select the images for full retouching (acne & blemish removal, skin smoothing, and cleanup of distractions). The number of fully retouched images depends on the package you choose, and the total turnaround time from session to the final retouched images delivered to you is about 3 weeks.

Sessions within Sioux Falls, SD and up to 30 miles (60 miles round trip) are included in the session price.

I frequently travel outside this area as well. Just let me know your location, and I’ll provide a custom quote for additional travel.

Wall art, prints, and albums are available, and I’m happy to help you decide what will work best for your home or keepsakes.

Product purchases are optional and never required.

Many families have been asking to add some family photos to a senior session. Yes, this can be done in only about 25 minutes extra shooting time! This is done at an additional cost of $350 (regularly these family sessions are $495 when done separately).

The family shoot would be at the beginning of the senior's shoot, on the same night . We go right into the senior shoot when we are done with the family pics. Includes 10 fully retouched family images (plus some unretouched extras, usually about 25 total).
